I had a solid experience at the resort, with fantastic staff and a great view of the Falls, which really enhanced my stay. However, the issues with the shower and the room's design flaws made it less than ideal. The dining options were enjoyable, but I wish there were better value for room service. Overall, it offers a good deal for its proximity to attractions but some areas need improvement.
